Dr. Qadar Bakhsh Baloch assumed the charge as Vice Chancellor of Mir Chakar Khan Rind University Sibi on Thursday.

The Governor of Balochistan, being Chancellor of the university has appointed him as Vice Chancellor MCKRU for a period of 3 years.
