The 6th Meeting of Finance & Planning Committee of Mir Chakar Khan Rind University (MCKRU) was held at Video Conferencing room on July 21, 2023 under the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor MCKRU, Dr. Qadar Bakhsh Baloch. Representatives of Finance Secretary, HEC, Governer Secretariat along with other members joined and participated in the meeting Pro Vice Chancellor MCKRU- Prof. Dr. Syed Mustaq Ahmed Shah, Registrar MCKRU- Dr. Hamayoun Yousaf Shahwani and other departments attended the meeting. Vice Chancellor cordially welcomed the members of the committee. Finance Department presented the agendas in front of the committee. Budget for the Financial year 2023-24 was presented. Prior financial year 2022-23 financial statements were reviewed by the committee and much appreciated for budget controls. Remuneration of part time staff of MS/MPhil were reviewed and forwarded for approval from Senate. Finance Secretariat and HEC ensured complete support. Overall the meeting was greatly fruitful.
